  Greg Symon As Senior Vice President for Client and Partner Engagement, Greg Symon is charged with expanding Sitecore’s position as a leader in customer experience management. He leads both direct and partner sales teams’ efforts to grow revenue in North America and align with key customer segments. Coming from the success of Sitecore’s most important event of the year, Sitecore Symposium 2014 Las Vegas, Greg and his team will continue to showcase how marketers and developers deliver personalized and measurable experiences that build customers for life.  With the recent announcement of Sitecore 8, the next version of its flagship Sitecore® Experience Platform™, the single platform tests and optimizes experience interactions, integrates with other customer-facing platforms and provides easy-to-digest reports. Greg brings to Sitecore more than 25 years of technology industry sales and leadership experience. Prior to joining Sitecore, Symon served as the Vice President and General Manager of North American Commercial Sales at Red Hat Inc. He led the company’s largest sales geography and managed numerous teams across the organization to drive record revenue growth and establish Red Hat as the first pure play open source software company to achieve revenues in excess of $1 billion. Previously, Symon spent more than 22 years in numerous leadership roles at Intel Corporation, leading the company’s software business development organization globally.Greg holds a BA in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University.  22cc856 Nick Mountford is a partner and executive producer at Active Theory, a creative development shop based in Venice. Active Theory works with advertising agencies to create award winning digital experiences in HTML5/JavaScript.  Nick has worked on a number of these award winning experiences, including “Racer”, a multi-player, multi-device Chrome Experiment and retro-style slot car game played across screens.  Nick, along with his team, developed and provided UI motion design & animation for this project, which received multiple awards from the FWA.  Nick’s expertise runs deep when it comes to digital stories and experiences, which includes helping clients navigate through tricky digital territory through advising on best practices, creating agile rollout development plans to make the most of limited timeframes, and reviewing front-end builds to ensure he is beating client and industry expectations.@nickmtford
 369259d Alex Gemmell is a senior programmer at B-Reel. His main role is DevOps, managing development, staging and production servers, providing environment support to the dev team as well as being the Lead Backend Programmer (PHP). On a daily basis he sets up virtual machines (Vagrant + Puppet), assembles them into various configurations (Nodejs, PHP, Nginx/Apache, MySQL/Percona, Memcached/Redis, Varnish, etc), and maintains them in all environments. He also monitors production servers with real-time system health monitoring systems and looks to proactively prevent any potential issues.Some stand-out projects Alex has worked on include the McLaren F1 real-time racing site and 221B/Sherlock Holmes game site.  Alex provided his expertise and keen problem solving skills for these award winning sites, which received One Show awards, D&AD nominations, Webby Award honoree, and BIMA finalists.@alexgemmell
 sam Sam Horner is a Senior UX Designer currently working at RED Interactive in Santa Monica. His current clients include ESPN, Hulu, Disney, Paramount, and Belkin. Prior to RED Interactive, Sam spent five years working for the BBC in London, working across Service Design and Interactive Platforms.  RED Interactive are a group of passionate strategic thinkers, creative minds, and technical wizards, pushing the boundaries of online marketing and web development.
 david David Lai is the CEO/Creative Director and Co-founder of Hello Design, which he started in 1999. His clients include Herman Miller, Tillamook, simplehuman, Sesame Workshop, TaylorMade Golf, Nike, Samsung, Sony, and Speedo.  Hello Design is a creative digital agency. From immersive online experiences, mobile apps, digital films to touch screen tables, Hello Design is always looking to innovate and create intelligent, living systems for people to experience. They believe in building systems that are useful, usable, and desirable.
 shannan Shannan Bunch has freelanced at Lunchbox and Electronic Arts, originally as a Digital Production Artist, then moved into Front-End Development, something she loves doing most. Shannan also worked full-time at Deutsch on the VW, HTC, and Anthem websites. During the past year, Shannan freelanced at Saatchi LA and most recently at Phelps. While at Phelps, Shannan worked on the Panasonic website. is Shannan’s personal project, something she hopes to eventually grow into a technology-related source.
 sharon ShaRon Sachse is a front-end web/animation geek who creates multi-screen experiences, and also loves to share technology and design with the community. She recently competed in the LA Video Hackathon at Google LA and received the “Best Use of Technology” award. In just 30 hours, ShaRon and her team joined forces to create SWANKY+, an app using the new Google TV and YouTube APIs. Her responsibilities included branding, logo, marketing, and interface design.  ShaRon partners with businesses to develop visual strategies for web and mobile. For more than a decade, she has counseled clients and delivered both elegant and highly technical solutions for their organizations. Clients include: AMC Siggraph-LA chapter, Santa Monica College, King of Queens, Charles Drew University, Time Warner Cable, and Friends of Yad Sarah. When she is not animating or bringing a vision to life on the web, she may be found pursuing her other passions; an avid bicyclist, foodie, Drupaler, and occasionally tweets @PCartiste.  alberta Alberta Soranzo is Web Strategies Manager at UCLA Center for Health Policy Research. She is responsible for the development and management of the Center’s online presence and social media strategy. One of her notable accomplishments is increasing web traffic by 35% through targeted social networking and the implementation of SEO and usability techniques in only 8 months. She is currently in the process of managing the redesign, reengineering, and relocation of the Center’s websites, statistical engine, and online data query tool.@albertatreblas
 chuck Chuck Chugumlung of Annexx Studio is a Creative Director with ample experience in various digital media design disciplines ranging from interactive design to motion graphics animation. In 2009 he created Annexx Design Studio. As Principal, he is focused on providing outstanding creative digital media services.Annexx specializes in web and mobile graphics, 2D and 3D motion graphics, information graphics, web media, and advertising. With more than 18 years of creative experience under his belt, Chuck is capable of tackling a wide range of obstacles. He is currently exploring new technology and mediums, including explorations of 3D game engines and Hologram technology to enhance user interactivity in communication design.Chuck is also the IDAT logo designer.
 davepadilla Dave Padilla works on Social and Mobile game initiatives for Konami Digital Entertainment. Before working at Konami, Dave worked as an Interactive Producer for Inhance Digital.Dave is currently working on several exciting new and secretive projects at Konami. “Puzzle Chasers” is one of the latest projects from his department.  Right now, he has his hands busy juggling many projects across multiple platforms and working with various AAA developers.
